Does the −30 % apply to everything?
To the entire shop, with no minimum order, all year round. It does not stack with pack discounts: it is one or the other, and whichever is better for you is applied automatically.
How many ambassadors do you select?
Few, and deliberately so. The title is only worth something if it stays rare. We open a handful of places a year, and we would rather leave them empty than fill them badly.
Can I apply with less than a year of use?
You can take the test, but the answer will be “not yet”. That is not a refusal, it is a delay. The clock starts with your first order, and we get back in touch when you are there.
How long before I get an answer?
About a week. Elysza reviews every application herself, which is why it is not instant.
What exactly is the private group?
A closed circle where ambassadors discuss technique, difficult cases and new products. Elysza answers formulation questions there directly.
What if I cannot keep up the posting rhythm?
We talk about it. The programme is a partnership, not an employment contract, but the benefits are proportionate to the commitment, and an unused place is a place we can give to someone else.
