Before you write
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 24 business hours, then delivered within 24 to 72 hours in mainland France (indicative timeframes). Delivery is free from €89 of purchases in mainland France (amount after promo codes are applied); below that, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
Where is my tracking number?
In the email sent on the day your order ships. Enter it in the “Track my parcel” box above: it takes you straight to Colissimo tracking.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, interest-free: in 3 instalments with Klarna from €35, or in 4 instalments with PayPal from €30, subject to acceptance by the payment provider. The options available to you are shown at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, without giving a reason. Any product that is still sealed can be returned, liquids included. Only a product unsealed after delivery (bottle, seal or protective packaging opened) cannot be taken back, for hygiene reasons. The refund is made within 14 days of your request at the latest, and may wait until the returned parcel arrives. Everything is detailed in our refund policy.
My parcel arrived damaged, what should I do?
Write to us as soon as possible, with photos of the product and the packaging, by email or on WhatsApp: we will replace it or refund you. In any case, you remain covered by the legal warranty of conformity for 2 years after delivery.
