ApplyWith a clean micro brush, apply the lotion to the same area as Step 1. Cover evenly. |

Processing timeLeave on for 5 to 7 minutes, then remove with a dry cotton swab. Proceed to Step 3. |

The processing time for Step 2 is shorter than Step 1 but just as crucial. 5 minutes for fine lashes, 7 minutes for thick lashes. A properly applied Step 2 guarantees an 8-week hold, never underestimate it.
